KhabarKids is made for children, so protecting young readers matters more to us than anything else. This page explains, in plain words, what we do and do not collect. The short version: you can read KhabarKids without giving us any personal information at all.
What we collect: nothing, by default
Reading the daily edition requires no account, no login, and no sign-up. When you play the sudoku, vote in the poll, or type an answer into a box, that activity stays inside your own web browser. It is not sent to us or stored on our servers.
If you choose to send in an entry
Sometimes a child may want to share a puzzle screenshot, a teaser answer, or a drawing so it can be featured. If you do this:
- Entries are sent by a parent or guardian through their own WhatsApp — never directly by the child.
- If we feature an entry, we print only the child's first name and city. We never publish full names, ages, school names, addresses, or photographs of children.
- A parent can ask us to remove a featured entry at any time.
Children and the DPDP Act
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act requires verifiable parental consent before collecting personal data from anyone under 18. Our design avoids this need on purpose: children read and play in their browser, and any submission comes through a parent's own message. We keep it that way by design.
Cookies and tracking
KhabarKids does not run advertising and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use basic, privacy-respecting visitor counts to understand how many people read each edition, without identifying anyone.
Questions or requests
Parents, schools, or readers can reach us any time at info.wittywizz@gmail.com or via the Contact page. We will always respond to a genuine request to review or remove information.
